At Bouillon d'Amsterdam, you're here first and foremost to enjoy great food, rather than spend an entire evening at the table. That's why our kitchen and service keep things moving. Dishes are served promptly and, once you've finished your meal, we're happy to prepare the table for our next guests.
We don't do this to rush people out—quite the opposite.
By using each table several times a day, we're able to welcome many more guests. That's one of the main reasons we can maintain high quality while keeping our prices accessible. This pace isn't a limitation of our hospitality; it's part of it. It helps keep the table of the city open and accessible to as many people as possible.

Yes, you’re always welcome to walk in without a reservation, however we can’t guarantee a place for you. Reservations are always for inside, our terrace is open for walk-in.

No, reservations are always for the restaurant, not for the terrace. We serve a petit menu on the terrace with bites and snacks.

Yes! We have airconditioning in the restaurant to keep it nice and cool inside.

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant. Dogs are welcome on the terrace on a leash.

We do not take any reservations for more than 10 persons at Le Petit Bouillon d’Amsterdam.

It can sometimes take a little bit of time, but there’s often a parking spot available on Stadionweg itself or in one of the side streets nearby. Another option is the parking garage at the Olympic Stadium.

As the name suggests, Le Petit Bouillon is a smaller, more intimate version of our original Bouillon. Due to the layout of the building, the restaurant is not fully wheelchair accessible. Please note that our restrooms are located downstairs and are only accessible via a staircase.

You can easily cancel your reservation via the confirmation email you received. Of course, we hope to welcome you another time.

On the terrace, we operate on a walk-in basis with a smaller menu of French classics and bar bites. This allows us to maintain quality and service standards, and to avoid disappointment when the weather changes. Reservations are therefore always for inside the restaurant.

On Mondays till Fridays the terrace is open from 16:00.
On Saturday and Sunday, the terrace is open from 13:00.
