For the enthusiast!
Alongside our regular wine list, we always select one special white and one special red wine that are available off the list.
Bottles we personally love and enjoy opening.
That’s why you can order them not only by the bottle, but also by the glass.
Once the bottle is gone, we’ll select something new.
White
Joseph Faiveley Bourgogne Blanc – Burgundy – France
Citrus - Peach - White flowers - Creamy
Maison Faiveley has been making wine in Burgundy since 1825 and is based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. This Bourgogne Blanc is a great example of why Chardonnay from this region is so loved: fresh, elegant and with just the right amount of roundness.
Fresh and lively, but not light. You get citrus and stone fruit, followed by a soft, subtle touch of oak. Part of the wine is aged in oak, giving it more body without making it feel heavy.
Which grape?
100% Chardonnay
In Burgundy, Chardonnay is less about tropical fruit and lots of oak, and more about balance. Here, the grape brings freshness and citrus, alongside peach, floral notes and a touch of creaminess.

Red
Joseph Faiveley Bourgogne Rouge – Burgundy – France
Cherry - Raspberry - Earthy - Juicy
This wine also comes from Maison Faiveley in Burgundy. An approachable red Burgundy with just enough serious character: juicy red fruit, soft tannins and the elegant style that Pinot Noir from Burgundy is known for.
Plenty of red fruit, a touch of spice and fine tannins. Not heavy, not overpowering. Simply an elegant red wine that’s easy to drink, while still keeping things interesting.
Which grape?
100% Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is not a grape that needs to show off. It’s all about red fruit, freshness and finesse. In Burgundy, it often takes on earthy and spicy notes as well.
